Storage we buy
We accept MacBook Air M4 in any of these storage capacities:
- 256GB SSD
- 512GB SSD
- 1TB SSD
- 2TB SSD
How we grade condition
Every MacBook Air M4 is assessed against the same four condition tiers we use across all devices:
- Excellent: no visible wear, fully functional, strong battery health
- Good: light cosmetic wear, fully functional
- Fair: visible wear and/or reduced battery health, fully functional
- Damaged: cracked screen/glass or functional faults, still buyable, see below
What affects your MacBook Air M4 offer
- Battery cycle count: a lower count helps the offer
- Screen and body condition: dents, cracks or screen marks affect the offer noticeably
- Keyboard and trackpad condition
- RAM and SSD configuration (13-inch or 15-inch)
- macOS account sign-out status
Common faults we see on MacBook Air M4
None of these rule out a sale. They're factored into the offer, same as with any device we buy.
- Light keyboard wear from daily use
- Faint marks on the screen from keyboard contact when closed without a cloth
- MagSafe port wear
- Minor case scuffs on the aluminium body edges
Before you sell
Back up anything you want to keep, then sign out of iCloud and erase the Mac (System Settings → General → Transfer or Reset). A MacBook still signed into iCloud can't be purchased.
Common questions about selling a MacBook Air M4
Yes, tell us which size and its RAM/SSD configuration on WhatsApp for an accurate estimate.
You'll need to recover it through Apple's account recovery process first. We can't remove iCloud lock on your behalf.
Tell us the fault on WhatsApp: a non-functional unit may still have resale value in its parts.
