The safe way to sell a used phone

Selling through a registered physical business gives you an inspection-based offer, ownership verification and a clear payment step (cash, or an instant DuitNow or bank transfer), rather than negotiating blind with a stranger online.

Walk-in vs courier

Walk in at our Amanjaya, Sungai Petani store or our Taman Dagang, Ampang store for an in-person inspection and same-visit offer. Not near either store? Use our courier buyback. See the courier policy for how to prepare your device.

The buyback process

Send your model, storage and condition on WhatsApp for an estimated quote. We inspect the device (in-store or after courier arrival) then give a final offer you can accept or decline.

How you get paid

Once you accept the final offer, you are paid in cash at the counter or by instant DuitNow or bank transfer to your account. Courier sales are paid by DuitNow or bank transfer. If you decline, there is no obligation.

What affects your price

Model and storage, physical condition, battery health, screen and camera function, lock/account status, and whether parts are original all factor into your offer.
